WHY WATSON FOX?
The lawyers I work with benefit from the wide ranging experience I gained in my many years of legal practice, in four different firms and at all levels.
In short, I deliver the knowledge, business acumen and "soft" skills they don't teach you in law school.
Having spent the best part of 30 years in legal practice, I have sat where your lawyers sit - from trainee solicitor through to partner, board member and, latterly, Chief Operating Officer.
Throughout my career I found it hard to find really good, engaging and usable training, coaching and mentoring, particularly around the all important "commercial nous".
​​So I have made it my mission to deliver sessions that are relevant, engaging and, most importantly "sticky", so that the content and outputs will be remembered and used "in the field".
